I’m mining recipes again from my Kentucky family.  This one was given to me by my cousin, Doris, but is actually a recipe she received from her daughter-in-law, Tammy.  I hope you enjoy it and as always, if you have a recipe you’d like to share, I’m always looking for something yummy to share with you all!!!

Ingredients
  1. Pie Crust (prebake to keep from becoming soggy)
  2. 3/4 stick butter
  3. 1 c sugar
  4. 1 T flour
  5. 1 T meal
  6. 1 t vinegar
  7. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  8. 3 eggs
  9. 1/4 c buttermilk
  10. 1 t vanilla
Instructions
  1. Prebake pie shell 7-8 mins.
  2. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell.
  3. Bake 1 hour at 325
