Crock Pot Lemon Pepper Chicken
This week was hot here in Wisconsin, very hot. Heat indexes were over 100. Now, I’m a born and raised southern gal, but that was even hot for me. On top of that, we’ve been super busy lately too and too tired to make big meals. We try to eat healthy and yet delicious meals, so I found this great crock pot recipe which served all purposes. We made a delicious meal without heating up the house. It cooked while we got some tasks finished and it was delicious.

Not to be a party-pooper or anything, but where in the recipe does the teaspoon of Olive Oil come into play?
Ooops, sorry. You smooth it on the chicken before sprinkling on the seasoned salt to help it stick. 😉
