How to pack like a boss!

This week we’re sharing “How to do ____”.  I do that on a regular basis mostly so today I thought I’d do something a bit different.

As you know we bike and that means we’re always packing large amounts of clothing and toiletries in small spaces.  So, to revisit some of my past blogs, I have mentioned packing before.

First – Roll your clothes. This honestly makes a huge difference in how much you can pack in your bag or suitcase. I was floored by how much more I could pack in our bags that fit on the bike.

Second – Keep a checklist.  I made one here for you, feel free to print and use it.

Third – To make things easier, take a hard look at what you’re packing and ask yourself if you really need to bring it, especially if flying or biking. I only use travel sizes of everything when biking and I keep my toiletry bag packed and ready to go at a moment’s notice.

Fourth – Spacebags.  Yes, I use them.  We carry our rain suits with us on the bikes and they’re big and bulky. Here’s a post I did on them a while ago.

Let’s go see what my fellow bikers have to share.

I always wondered how everything fitted into such a small space!

I will not share, sell or rent the email you have given me with anyone. I will never spam you. There is an “unsubscribe” button at the end of all emails I send and clicking on it will remove your email from my mailing list. I do have cookies installed on my site, it’s to help me collect stats about visitors and I get super excited when I see people visiting from all over the world. Lastly, I do use affiliated links which means that I may get advertising fees by advertising and linking to some stores on line (basically, I can receive commissions on some purchases you make when you arrive at some vendors sites after clicking on a link on one of my sites). This doesn’t change anything for you since the price remains the same.
