Pig Out Cake

As many of you know, I have family in Kentucky and Gene and I try to get down there at least once a year, but sadly, the past couple of years we haven’t made it down.  This year, we finally got the chance on the tail end of our vacation to stop and visit for a couple of days.  While there, my cousin Brenda, made this super delicious cake, named Pig Out Cake.

I asked her for the recipe and she pulled it out of her church cookbook (those are the best).  I snapped a picture of it so the owner would get credit and I certainly hope you try it for yourself because it is moist and delicious.
