Baked Macaroni and Cheese by Rhianna

A while back I posted a baked macaroni and cheese recipe.  This led Rhianna to email me her recipe.  (Which I love, by the way, please feel free to share your recipes, we all eat and love to try new things.)  This recipe looks fabulous and I’m eager to try it out.  Thank you so much Rhianna, email me your post office address and I’ll send you some swag for sharing.  

Here is my recipe. I do mix it up some and sometimes add different things.

2 box/bag large elbow or med. Shell noodles. Cooked and returned to pan.

2 1\2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese + 1 1\2 c shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
1 c shredded mozzarella
3 cans of evaporated milk
2 tb flour
1/2 t red pepper flakes
1 t pepper
1 1/2 t garlic salt
1 c cooked honey ham or smoked is the best

Put all ingredients in a pan, cook on med heat in a large pan. Stir frequently so you don’t burn it. If it seems to be sticking turn the heat down a tad.

Put ham in the bottom of a glass baking pan.

Pour sauce mix in the noodles and mix completely then pour over the ham. Sprinkle the last cheddar cheese on top then bake at 375 for 15 mins.
