I’d like to introduce myself; My name is Mrs. James and I’m the cook at the GHOST compound. I’d tell you more, but I’m under strict orders not to say more than is needed. BUT, I can share some of my recipes, which PJ said I could do. It doesn’t have to be a holiday…
I’m so excited that Lincoln is finally here for you to read. I know many of you may have read Lincoln and Skye’s story in the box set, Love Under Siege, but I’ve added nine brand new chapters to wrap up their story completely. And, it’s beautiful. Have you gotten your copy of Lincoln? If…
I love my Bounty Hunters. Ford, Lincoln and Dodge’s stories have been fun to write and publish. The reader reactions to these stories are a pleasure to read. If you haven’t given these guys a chance yet, I sure hope you will. Check out what some readers have said about Ford. 5 Star Review by…
I share a fair amount about my “Littles” my four grandchildren (more on instagram than anywhere). Our youngest Little is a busy little boy. He’s smart and very curious and to get him to sit and eat is difficult. Then one day I looked up on the internet ways to encourage kids to eat and…
My granddaughter was on a salt free diet for a while so I began looking for recipes we could make that were salt free. I found this recipe and we had fun making individual pizzas. Without salt it is a bit bland, but it sure was good. Also, if your cutting carbs this is perfect.
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for voting for Securing Kiera’s Love in the RONE awards. I know your time is valuable and I honestly try not to ask for too many favors from you. The RONE awards are special awards for me, because to even be in the running, you have…
So, I announced this when I found out I was a nominee, or Securing Kiera’s Love is a nominee. But, let me explain a little more. InD’Tale Magazine is a web based magazine that’s all about Indies. It gives independently published authors a platform to shine and it does a fabulous job. It’s classy and…
I’m thrilled that Uncaged Book Reviews reviewed Ford and did an interview with me as the Featured Author in May. How cool is that? Take a look and I’d be so grateful if you’d share this with your friends and followers. Oh, and she gave Ford 5 stars, so there’s that. 😆 Psst: My interview starts…
I suppose its common on your birthday to muse about things. Probably any given day can be one for reflection. Here are a couple of things that occurred to me: At 59 I’m closer to 70 than 40 and that’s okay. It’s been that way for a couple of years now, but for some reason…
My name is Patti Fiala. I write contemporary romance and romantic suspense as PJ Fiala, and I’m planning an author/reader event for April 24, 2021. This event will be different for a couple of reasons.
The Venue is the Automobile Gallery in Green Bay, Wisconsin. If you’ve never heard of the Automobile Gallery, I invite you to take a look. https://theautomobilegallery.org/
The other way in which this is a different event is that there will only be 15 authors (16 including me) The venue is not huge, but can hold a few hundred people. Readers will select the author they want to have lunch with at time of sign up.
The book signing event will be open to the public.
BUT, we’re also encouraging readers and authors to bring their spouses. The Automobile Gallery is an interesting place. If spouses don’t want to eat with an author, they will have the opportunity to eat inside the Gallery at a space set up just for this purpose. There is a boardroom upstairs in the Gallery in which either a sporting game will be playing on the large screen, or if nothing available, an old car movie will be on. There will be volunteers around the Gallery, talking about the cars and some of the interesting facts known about each car.
Our event photographer, ERic McKinney of 6:12 Photography will be on hand taking pictures of the readers and spouses (if around) with their favorite cars. Usually there are only 4 cars in the gallery open to allow visitors to sit inside and have their picture taken. The gallery has agreed to open up more cars to allow our readers, authors and spouses to sit inside and enjoy many of the classic cars on display, up close and personal.
Don’t miss this exciting event, it’s sure to be fun for everyone.
Along with sponsoring the Saturday Breakfast for all attendees, Stacey, Donna and I are also sponsoring a Thursday, June 4, 2020 Boardroom. Check it out.

I do have cookies installed on my site, it’s to help me collect stats about visitors and I get super excited when I see people visiting from all over the world.
Lastly, I do use affiliated links which means that I may get advertising fees by advertising and linking to some stores on line (basically, I can receive commissions on some purchases you make when you arrive at some vendors sites after clicking on a link on one of my sites). This doesn’t change anything for you since the price remains the same.
