Bingo Party! 1:00-­2:30 p.m.

Author Winnie Griggs will host a Bingo Party with Sharon Sala, Holly Jacobs, and Lenora Worth.
There will be prizes and refreshments.

FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE! 6:30 p.m.
(FREE) Open to the Public

Q&A session will be held with all early arriving authors.
After the Q&A, you will have an opportunity to meet with the authors. This event is open to the public and there will be a cash bar.

($10) 5:30pm / There are still tickets open for this event!
Join us at 5:30 p.m. for a FANtastic Pizza Party! Pizza and all the soda you can drink, only $10. Mingle with your favorite authors in a casual setting.

SATURDAY AFTER-PARTY
(FREE) 7:00pm
Hosted by some amazing authors. FREE and open to the public.

In the event that the Luncheon or Breakfast would sell out, we will be putting a waiting list form on the website. Simply fill out the form and will notify you if a seat becomes available.

Volunteers:

Below is a link for those interested in helping to prepare for the event. Volunteers will be needed on Thursday 9am­3pm, Friday 8am­3pm and Saturday 8am­—10:30am.

Hotel Reservations:

The Clarion Hotel Airport will be accepting reservations starting on July 31/August 1 at Midnight.
(Friday night, into Saturday morning)

Please call 4​14­-481­-2400, then press 0.​Let them know you are with the Barbara Vey Reader Appreciation Group.

Once the Clarion is booked, we will be able to make reservations at their overflow hotel.
That information will be posted when needed.
