“This is a recipe I made up when I worked in a restaurant …and couldn’t eat the quiche because of dislike of their cheeses, alergies of peppers and certain spices. You can substitute with any meats, veggies and cheeses you like. I have used leftovers and it always turns out good . Have fun.”
